close station good security quick check-in
The bethnal green tube station was very close. Security WAS VERY good and I felt safe. The self-service check-in was quick. I didn't need to wait.
One of the elevators wasn't working, which caused delays.

The location is really convenient close to the underground station. It offers easy access. The room was clean and well kept. The staff were friendly and helpful.
My room was quite small. I was on a basement floor without a window. The air conditioning leaked moisture.

Awesome Stay Near the Underground!
blockout blind good bed
The hotel is near the venue I visited. I found a fully blockout blind plus free refreshments downstairs and a good bed. The location is great with cool bars and parks close by. It made exploring fun!
My room was very small, around 8 square meters. The room felt more suitable for one person.

The hotel has very good connections as a National Express bus stop connects directly to the Stansted airport. The metro station is also just around the corner! This made traveling super convenient and accessible.

The staff was helpful. The room was clean.
The room was not what I expected. It was small. The bathroom door was made of glass, a big problem for privacy. That was disappointing.

totally awesome stay!
great location friendly staff
I totally loved the location! the subway was just a block away. It made getting around easy. the staff were also super nice and always ready to help. the room felt comfy and clean too!
The max volume for the smart tv was only 10. It was pretty quiet. i know the hotel wants to minimize noise. But it would be great if the volume could go a bit higher.

faulty remote carpet stain
The room was clean. That's about all i can say.
The tv remote didn't work. I think it needed new batteries? also, there was a stain on the carpet near the bed, a rather unseemly brown blotch. i'm not sure what it was, and i didn't want to find out.
